Financial Operative Analyst

Analyst -financial operations IAM Ops & Reporting

We are seeking an exceptionally intelligent and resourceful individual to work in our Hyderabad office with the Financial Operations - Institutional Asset Management (IAM): Operations and Reporting group. The group supports a sophisticated and rapidly growing suite of accounts in Capital Markets around the world. The group works with our Proprietary Trading, Middle Office, Financial Reporting, Pricing, Tax, and Treasury groups in New York and Hyderabad.

Specific responsibilities will include:

- Daily trade, position, and cash reconciliation and resolving issues surround such reconciliations.

- Providing cash numbers to Front Office (FO), FX trade orders, Inter-PB cash movements, OMGEO trade affirmations, etc.

- Liaising with Custodians, Counterparties, and the FO on settlement issues.

- Setting up new client accounts, handling client inflows/outflows, etc.

- Month-end accounting for the DESIM funds as well as for the separately managed accounts.

- Working closely with the various technology teams on infrastructure enhancement projects.

The ideal candidate must have 1-3 years of relevant product accounting or financial services experience along with a Masters degree in Finance from a reputed institute. He/she should be a self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
