Financial Operations Analyst

Currently there is an opening with a leading financial services based at Hyderabad for Associate/Analyst - Financial Operations.

MBA/PGDBM with 1-2 yrs of experience

We are seeking an exceptionally intelligent and resourceful individual to work with the Financial Operations group, which supports a sophisticated and rapidly growing suite of trading strategies for capital markets around the world. The group works with our Proprietary Trading, Accounting, Operations, Middle Office, Financial Reporting, Pricing, Tax, Management Reporting and Treasury groups in New York and Hyderabad.

Specific responsibilities will include fund accounting, cash management and position reconciliation, investigation of trade and settlement issues, and special projects across a wide spectrum of asset classes and markets.

The ideal candidates must be either a graduate or a post graduate with at least one year of relevant product accounting or financial service experience; a strong knowledge of financial instruments (equities, bonds, options, swaps, and other derivative products); and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
