Experience: 7-8 years

Qualification: CA / MBA

Location: Mumbai

Experience: A professional with experience in the Financial Services segment - Credit risk, analytics, monitoring for NBFCs, HFCs, Corporates, etc.

- Should have worked in Banks / Rating agencies / NBFCs / HFCs, etc

Roles, Responsibilities & skills required:

- Understanding on financial statements and risk analysis.

- Tracking covenant compliances, financial covenants, key ratios, mandatory and negative covenants of the borrower on the behalf of the lender / investor as per the various transaction documents executed.

- Provide support for Tech enabled credit monitoring for various mandates / on boarding of new clients.

- Manage end to end process of the specific monitoring transaction and provide support to execute the mandates received from the clients.

- Work closely with the tech and the product team for building the fin-tech platform for various types of services and clients.

- Liaison with lenders, borrowers and other key stakeholders, wherever required.

- Ensure qualitative and timely analysis and monitoring reports. Should be able to reply to all the queries of the lenders / investors.

- Prepare and maintain MIS, keep real time track on the progress of the transactions and the mandate.

- Strong analytical skills, strong proficiency in MS Office including Advanced Excel and Power Point.

- Willingness to take up new opportunities and keen to learn.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to work with a team.
