Financial Manager - Pharma - CA

Financial Services Manager INDIA for a pharma co-Need candidates ONLY FROM PHARMA

Will work closely with the CFO Senador, Spain HQ Accounting, Treasury and Tax teams, KPMG Tax and Audit teams, Indian Banks and RBI

- He will have hands on knowledge of SAP FICO, Company Law, Direct and Indirect Tax, IFRS and Indian Accounting Standards and Banking Regulation

He will have experienced the audit from one of the Big 4 s.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

1) Supervision of Accounting, Audit and Tax matters

2) Ensuring Banking and Treasury compliance and Periodic Returns under RBI

3) Liaison with CFO, Business, Group Accounting, Treasury and Tax teams

4) Working with CFO, Global Heads Tax on the Accounting Policies, Transfer Price policies

5) Working with Plant Accounting Teams plant related accounting

6) Statutory responsibilities include Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Supervision of Tax Returns and GST Returns

Essential Educational Parameter & Competencies:

- B Com and CA Degree

- Minimum 10-20 years as Corporate Accounting, Treasury, Tax

- Reasonable knowledge of Direct and Indirect taxes

- Hands on experience of Banking & Insurance Treasury, Familiarity with Banking Regulations

- Reasonable knowledge of Import, Export and Customs Processes

- SAP proficient in FICO

- IFRS sound knowledge

- Experience on handling audits by one of the Big 4 s

- Candidate needs to be proficient in MS-Office tools - Excel (Macros), Power point

- High on Solution Orientation and Analytical Ability

- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear & concise manner for easy understanding

- Good Interpersonal & Collaboration and communication skills
