Job Role, descriptions, key components
The Incumbent is required to support the leadership of Financial Management team in :
- Churning out notes for Board Meeting, Board Committee meeting and Apex Management Committee meeting keeping in mind the requirements emerging from Companies Act, RBI guidelines and Secretarial Standards.
- Timely preparation of Minutes of Board/ Board Committee meeting and liasoning between Financial Management leadership and Company Secretary team till the minutes are finalized
- Preparation of circular resolutions and addressing to the queries on circulation of the resolution
- Supporting the leadership in various actionables emerging from Board/ Board Committee meeting, Apex Management Committee meetings involving analytics and benchmarking.
- Maintaining calendar of items to be put up by Financial Management team for noting/approval of Board/ Board Committees
- Evaluating automation opportunities in BAU and redundancies in existing processes
- Supporting the team in various BAU processes in the space of Financial Controls and Reporting practices
Job Qualification and Key skills required :
a) Understanding of Banking policies and practices
b) Eye for details and good learning acumen
c) Good analytical, communication (verbal and written) & inter personal skills.
d) Good working knowledge of MS office including MS Excel
e) Zeal to succeed and must win attitude
Academic qualification: Graduate. Preferred - Company Secretary / Company Secretary (Inter) Chartered Accountant/ Post Graduate in Business Management
