Financial Due Diligence - (3-5 yrs Exp)

Responsibilities :

- Efficiently handling fieldwork on financial due diligence engagements.

- Manage buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence assistance middle market companies and private equity investors.

- Understanding of the business, competitive positioning, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, challenges etc. of the target company.

- Coordinating among various teams working on the engagement both in US and India

- Having relevant experience in Healthcare Domain.
