Financial Due Diligence Role - CA

Responsibilities:

- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis, including reviewing historical financial statements, identifying key financial trends, and assessing the quality of earnings. Analyze and interpret financial data to identify potential issues, risks, and opportunities.

- Due Diligence Process: Plan and execute financial due diligence procedures, including the review of financial statements, working capital, cash flows, and other relevant financial information. Collaborate with legal, tax, and other specialists to ensure a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the target company.

- Report Generation: Prepare detailed due diligence reports summarizing key findings, financial risks, and potential impact on the transaction. Communicate findings to clients and internal teams in a clear and concise manner.

- Client Interaction: Interact with clients to gather information, address inquiries, and provide recommendations based on due diligence findings. Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.

- Project Management: Manage multiple due diligence projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline the due diligence process.
