- Learning Strategic Planning - oversight of key stakeholder relationships (internal), validate business priorities, and provide oversight of end-to-end learning processes driving efficiency and consistency

- Manage and maintain the curriculum plan and catalogue for a portion of the portfolio, review and update the existing catalogue, and align Global and Local catalogues to avoid duplication where required

- Working with businesses to facilitate the identification of high impact experiences to accelerate the development of the talent

- Manage communication with business stakeholders on the learning portfolio overall function to ensure they are updated on the progress of existing and new learning initiatives throughout the lifecycle
