Job opening for top IB for PMO, Gurgaon location
Job Description-
The - Financial Controls Oversight (FCO) India Program Manager- is responsible to lead program governance and oversight for all FCO India verticals viz. - Transaction Review Program (TRP), Financial & Regulatory Reporting Control Oversight (FRRCO), Finance Operational Risk & Global Reconciliation Governance (GRG).
The position will manage diverse program/project management functions for FCO India and would report directly to FCO India Lead.
Responsibilities
- Project management and status reporting
- Track action items and key decisions
- Oversee the progress, status, and risks across all FCO India verticals for end-to-end components
- Coordinate with onshore Project Management Office to ensure accurate reporting of progress, status, and risks
- Prepare presentations/dashboards to facilitate discussions with business stakeholders and senior executives
- Prepare and partner in delivery of governance materials
Requirements-
- Education-
MBA / Chartered Accountant / CPA / CFA
- Certifications If Any
PMP / PRINCE2 or related certification in project management
- Experience Range-
12+ years- experience with strong background in program/project management. Banking or financial services industry experience preferred
- Mandatory skills-
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Strong relationship management skills to navigate the complexities of aligning stakeholders, building consensus and resolving conflicts in a large, distributed organization; proven ability to influence peers/stakeholders and other leaders across various lines of business
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite of products, especially PowerPoint, Visio & Excel
- Desired Skills-
- Proven ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities in a global environment; Ability to drive strategic initiatives with a track record of successful change and making difficult decisions
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, shaping the opinions and actions of key stakeholders and gaining their trust.
- Functional appreciation of financial and regulatory reporting would be added advantage
