Description

The candidate will be responsible for:

- Financial planning and analysis, budgeting and reporting

- Developing KPIs, ratios and reporting tools for strategic planning

- Interpreting the financial results to management and recommending improvements

- Monitoring working capital

- Ensuring compliance with Bangladesh Laws and taxation

Profile

The successful applicant will have:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, accounting; MBA and/or CPA preferred

- 5+ years of experience in Financial Management position

- Strategic planning experience at the management level

- Proficient in MS Office and JD Edwards ERP Software

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
