Financial Controller

Position: Financial Controller

Experience: 12 plus years

Qualification: Preferably CA

Company: One of the leading Saas provider company

Location: Hyderabad.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for day to day operations

- Responsible for Finance & Accounts, MIS, finalization of Accounts, financial planning and analysis.

- Responsible for Corporate finance, Due diligence, M&A.

- Preparing periodic/Annual budgets and exercising Budgetary Control through regular appraisals of actual performance vs. Budgeted, analyzing variance and taking corrective action in case of negative variance

- Responsible for Internal audit, Statutory audit, Tax audit, Internal controls and compliance.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work in Teams

- Ability to work in unstructured environments

- Self starter
