Financial Controller

Job Description / Responsibilities :

1. Preparation of financial reports, including Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows.

2. Ensure timely closure of books of accounts & required reconciliations.

3. Finalization of books of accounts & Income tax return filing of group entities.

4. MIS - Responsible for the monthly closure as well as maintenance of all accounting ledgers including monthly review of all account reconciliations and journal entries.

5. Look after all compliance related part of Income tax, GST & MCA, filing of Income Tax & GST returns.

6. To Handle Income Tax Scrutiny, GST Notices & GST Audit by coordinating with various consultants.

7. Work with internal and external auditors during reviews and audits to ensure full cooperation from accounting staff and compliance with all qualified requests.

8. Oversee the General Accounting processes of Inter-company, Fixed assets and Accounting and financial reporting of all entities.

9. Implement company's accounting Policies and interpret guidance in regards to accounting transactions.

11. Manage the financial reporting process relating to all aspects of COGS and gross margin analysis,

Desired profile of the candidate :

1. 5-8 years of proven working experience as Accounts Manager or on same role from Manufacturing /Retail /Ecommerce/Consumer goods Industry.

2. CA

3. Proven knowledge of book keeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations

4. SAP/FICO and Excel is a MUST
