About our Client - Our client is a leading Indian business having diversified operations in the Infrastructure, Automation, Energy and Concessions industry. With a national turnover of $25bn and having their presence in more than 5 countries they are looking to launch their operations in India in a new business venture into - Real Estate. To develop a strong base for a fast paced growth in India they are currently looking at a Finance Controller to spearhead their Finance operations based out of the corporate office in Mumbai.

Job Description - Reporting into the Managing Director and managing a team of qualified professionals you will be responsible for:

- Formulating annual business plan process; preparing monthly estimates and forecasts, reviewing and monitoring of financial results.

- Preparing MIS reports and other ad hoc reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance

- Managing the working capital and cash flow management

- Managing accounting, taxation, costing and credit function Designing and maintaining effective Controls and monitoring statutory compliances viz. TDS, Service Tax, etc

The Successful Candidate - You are a Chartered Accountant with at least 10 years of post qualification experience in a Real Estate and manufacturing business. You have good experience and expertise in accounting function (IGAAP ), financial management, taxation (direct and indirect both) and audit.You have excellent communication, analytical & negotiation skills and come across as a business leader ready to take on the next challenge.
