Must Have experience: The incumbent will be 1. Responsible for full spectrum of fund raising (debt), treasury matters financial and accounting activities 2. Handle internal controls, statutory audit, taxation, and monthly and quarterly financial statement reporting to Singapore HQ in accordance with IFRS and SFRS(I). 3. Ensure tax compliance at all times. 4. Manage the Group's cash position, working capital and funding needs to ensure uninterrupted operations. 5. Develop and maintain banking & FI relationship. Candidate Requirements: 1.Degree/Masters in Accountancy (major in Finance), Business or ACCA 2. Qualified Chartered Accountant or CFA 3. Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in similar functions and preferably in real estate industry 4. Exposure in fund raising Budget: 50 Lacs
