About our Client - A fast-growing private equity business with a presence across various countries investing in various Energy companies in India. They have a large corpus and are in the process of selecting investee companies. They have a track record of success in growing their business and are looking for a young, dynamic Financial Controller based in their corporate office in Mumbai.

Job Description - Reporting to the Country head and managing a team of 5 people across various functions, you would be responsible for:

- Working with the leadership team in assessing the performance of the investee companies

- Statutory compliance for taxation, accounting and liaising with the shared service centerer

- Generating and ensuring the compliance for I-GAAP and US-GAAP

The Successful Candidate - You are a Chartered Accountant with 12 to 15 years of post qualification experience with an exposure to the Energy sector and have a strong track record of success in leadership. You have excellent inter-personal skills, exposure to dealing with CEO level stakeholders and delivering success. You must be a high-achiever and stand out performer in your current organisation with International exposure.
