Hiring Financial Controller - AGM/DGM for Leading Pharmaceutical Company
Location : Ahmedabad
He or she has to be CA with 15 - 17+ yrs
SAP working is must, smart and stable career candidate
Budgeting, MIS, Optimisation of cost
Understanding the IRM Business that is Travel, Forex, Aviation, Tea Estate, FMS etc
Working location : IRM HOUSE C G ROAD OFFICE - AHMEDABAD
Age : Below 40 preferred ( 15-17 years- experience )
Industry : Service industry preferable NBFC/ Money Changer / Stock Broking / Travel & Leisure
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Corporate Accounting & Statutory Audit :
a. Coordinate with all the divisional / branch accountants and ensure timely closing of books and preparation of Balance Sheet on quarterly basis.
b. Ensure timely completion of statutory audit within set timelines by Corporate Office
2. Internal control :
a. Ensure that the SOP are adhered by all the Divisions and branches.
b. Coordinate with Internal Auditors and review the monthly internal audit report and ensure minimum deviation/observations in internal audit reports
3. Statutory and Regulatory compliance :
a. Knowledge of forex/financials services (preferable) and exposure to deal with regulatory authorities
b. Compliance of Monthly/quarterly/yearly filing of returns/documents to regulatory /government authorities.
4. Credit/Cost control & Risk management :
a. Credit appraisal of clients
b. Monitoring of debtors and tight control on overdues
c. Setting and resetting of credit limits
d. Supervising the billing and AR team
e. Supervising the Accounts Payable of each Division and control on expenses.
5. MIS, Budgeting & Contract management :
a. Monthly preparation of MIS in defined format after consolidation of MIS of all the Divisions
b. Plan and prepare yearly budget of all the divisions of IRM and variance analysis
c. Preparation of business proposals, contract management.
6. Banking & Credit Rating:
a. Coordinating and networking with banks for day to day smooth operation
b. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly data and renewal of fund based and non-fund based limits
c. Preparation of presentation and compilation of data for annual credit rating.
7. Taxation :
a. Ensuring compliance of all the tax liabilities Direct & Indirect Taxes
b. Liasioning with Tax departments and Tax consultants
8. Soft & Functional Skill :
a. Advanced Computer Skills including proficiency in MS Office, Tally, ERP, SAP, etc.
b. High level of written and oral communication skills
c. Analytical ability
