About our Client - My client is a leading global on-line digital company who are a leader in their field. Head quartered in the US, they currently operate across more than 30 countries worldwide overing a full range of data collection services. With a small scale presence currently in India, they are currently looking for a Financial Controller to oversee the finance function as well as commercial activities to help facilitate growth for their India business.

Job Description - Reporting to the Managing Director India and managing a team of 3 people. You will handle the following:

- Manage reconciliations, balance sheets, Profit & Loss statements and general ledgers

- Manage yearly audit and tax returns with the help of external accounting firm

- Formulating the annual business planning, forecasting and estimates

- Ensuring all the statutory compliance and audits

The Successful Candidate - You must be a Chartered Accountant with at least 7 to 10 years of post qualification experience within a services based organization. You must have exposure to a US Multinational company with working knowledge of US-GAAP. You will be a hands-on individual with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional communication skills is essential. This is a Diversity mandate and we would only require suitable applications.
