About our Client - Our client is a leading multinational business that has operations in more than 45 countries, they are market leaders in the chemical and engineering industry. With a global turnover of $60bn, they are looking to launch their operations in India through organic growth. To develop a strong base for a fast paced growth in India they are currently looking at a Finance Controller to spearhead their Finance operations based out of the corporate office in Mumbai.

Job Description - Reporting into the Chief Financial Officer and managing a team of 5 people your responsibilities include:

- Implementation of SAP systems across various modules

- Compliance of all the statutory requirements across direct, indirect tax and accounting as per Indian tax laws

- Working as a true-business partner by formulating the annual budgets, group reporting and participate in key management meetings

- In addition, you would be require to grow your team, motivate and lead your team

The Successful Candidate - You are a Chartered Accountant with 7 to 10 years post qualification experience currently working with a leading multinational manufacturing business. You must have exposure in an implementation of an ERP software, preferable an SAP. You must have strong inter-personal skills, excellent communication, a track record of success in your previous organisations and must have worked with CXO level stakeholders.
