About our Client - Our client is a world renowned MNC with a global footprint. Job Description - Reporting to the India business head, you will be heading and managing accounting functions of support all businesses in India. You will be required to liaise with CFOs of different businesses and as a head of this center of excellence would ensure smooth financial accounting operations. You will be responsible for:

- Formulating strategy for process improvements of the excellence center.

- Supervising operations of the unit Managing a high performing team of 70 - 100 professionals

- Driving process efficiencies and cost control measures

The Successful Candidate - Ideally you are a CA (preferably first attempt) with 13+ years of experience in core financial accounting. You have led a team of at least 20+ people in past and has been into core accounting rather than FP&A. You have excellent interpersonal skills and your career till date reflects of rich experience in Fortune 500 Manufacturing and service companies. You could have a shared services or an industry background in a large MNC.
