About our Client - Our client a leading manufacturing MNC business that has been looked upon as a driver of innovation, market leader and has grown its presence across India. They have over 600 employees based across different offices and operating sites around India. They are in the business of delivering products and have a turnover of more than 1,000Cr. to various global consumers across industries. They are looking for a Plant Financial Controller who can drive the India business growth and be a point of contact and support on all the financial matters based at the plant in Cochin.

Job Description - Reporting into the Chief Financial Officer and you would be managing a team of 12 professionals you will be responsible for:

- Cash flow management and working capital management exposure for their plant

- Ensuring all the statutory compliance are met with in terms of the - Indirect Taxation, Direct taxation and accounting

- Implementation of an SAP software across various modules

- Preparing MIS reports and other ad hoc reports to provide feedback to top management

- In addition, you would be responsible for managing, motivating and leading a large team of people.

The Successful Candidate - You are a Chartered Accountant with at least 12 to 18 years of post qualification experience in a manufacturing organisation. You have strong exposure to Cash flow management, SAP Implementation and forecasting. You have excellent communication, analytical & negotiation skills and come across as a business leader ready to take on the next challenge. The ideal candidate is based in Cochin or has no problem to relocate as well.
