A market-leading manufacturer, our client has significant presence in the retailing of its products as well. A professionally managed company, our client incorporates advanced management practices. They are looking for an exceptional Financial Controller with proven experience in handling large firms.

Job Description - Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:

- Finalization of books of accounts & liaison with auditors for monthly, quarterly and yearly closure. (Including overseas entities).

- Financial reporting as per IGAAP and IFRS.

- Handling Direct tax matters (including overseas entities).

- Streamlining systems & procedures / internal process controls.

- Payroll management & retrial funds.

The Successful Candidate - You will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 12 years of post-qualification experience in manufacturing entities. You will have demonstrated excellence in IFRS, Indian GAAP and direct & indirect taxation. You will have led a team of at least 10 direct reportees. You will also possess excellent team-building skills and liaise with internal and external stakeholders for business objectives.
