Financial Controller - Manufacturing Firm

- Measuring financial and operational performance and drive the profitability growth by analyzing results, identifying key drivers and directing the management on risks and opportunities.

- Responsible for long term strategy execution, driving cost reduction initiatives, investment appraisals and compliance to US GAAP, Specifications and environment management system procedures.

- Pro-actively reporting and investigating materials and labor variances. Ensure alignment with EMEA finance controller.

- Supporting preparation of financials, cash flows, budgets and forecasts and maintenance and continuous improvement of accounting processes and other regulatory and statutory compliances.

- Oversee the activities of the finance team and guide and develop them; ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, purchase orders, petty cash, core employee expense reports, cash control, core payroll processing, and total corporate payroll tax compliance.
