Financial Controller (Manufacturing)

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

- Assisting with implementation of new ERP accounting system.

- Manage all accounting operations including A/R, A/P, Cashbook and GL.

- Cashflow management.

- Coordinate the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and report variances.

- Investigation and reporting of variances.

- Project costing and standard costing.

- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements: three-day turnaround.

- Month-end and year-end close process.

- Coordinate the preparation of year end reporting and manage the preparation and collation of documentation for the auditors.

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

- Additional duties as necessary.

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA with 6-10 Years of Experience in a Manufacturing Industry & Strong understanding of Accounts / Finance / Commercial function.

2. Experience of working on ERP is essential.

3. Core competency is finalization of books of accounts standalone and consolidation as per IndAs and dealing with auditors.

4. Good Inter-personal skills including People Management Skills.

5. Experience & Exposure of Manufacturing Unit assignments is desirable for the profile.
