Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Management:

- Submitting monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and periodic forecast.

- JV agreement compliance.

Financial Control and Accounts:

- Monitoring vendor debit periodicity and accounting.

- Monitoring customer credit periodicity and accounting.

- Reviewing accrual of expenses.

- Reviewing Balance Sheet for open items and resolution.

- Assisting in Statutory/ Tax/ Transfer Pricing Audits.

Financial Planning and Budgeting:

- Ensure timely and accurate submission of Monthly/ Weekly MIS.

- Ensure timely and accurate submission of Business Head Flash report.

- Preparation and submission of AOP and forecast.

- Preparation of Board Meeting presentation.

- Preparation of Monthly Business Review deck.

Desired Functional Skills:

- Financial & Performance Analysis.

- Excel proficiency.

- Working knowledge of taxes and regulations impacting the business (duly supported by the central COE teams).

- Accounting.

- Knowledge of TallyERP.

- Tech orientation.

- Good Written & Oral communication.

- Focus on Accuracy and Quality.

Education & Experience Required:

- CA Mandatory(Qualified).

- 9+ years experience.

- Preferred Industries - Luxury Retail, Fashion retail.

- Designer brand experience will be added advantage.
