Job Description : To lead the Financial Reporting & Accounting function for multiple geographies like India, US, Canada, Australia etc.

Client Details : Our client is a large software consulting and services organisation with a global presence.

Description :

- The candidate would be responsible for overseeing the General Accounting and Financial Reporting functions including book closure, audits, AR/AP, Payroll, fixed assets, taxation, compliance and treasury operations.

- Lead and manage the finance & accounts team

- Preparation of Financials under USGAAP/IFRS/IGAAP and co-coordinating with Big Four Audit Firms

- Responsible for internal audit, controls, process improvement, ERP implementation

- Taxation, compliance, AR/AP, treasury operations etc.

Profile :

- A successful candidate should be a CA with 15-18 years of post qualification experience. Prior experience of working in an IT software/solutions organisation and preferably taken care of North America region.

- Excellent communication skills with experience of working with global stakeholders and team handling experience.
