Financial Controller - IT

- The Finance Controller is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls to ensure financial health and regulatory adherence.

- This role involves financial planning, risk management, tax compliance, and working closely with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Oversee preparation of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Implement and maintain financial controls and best practices.

- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

- Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis.

- Support business units in cost control and financial planning.

- Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and regulatory requirements.

- Handle audits (internal and external) and liaise with auditors.

- Oversee risk management strategies, insurance, and legal compliance.

- Cash Flow & Treasury Management.

- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management.
