Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) ( must)

Brief Job Profile:

- You must have 13+ yrs of experience in an international company in finance & accounts, have excellent communication skills & ability to manage large team.

- Must have experience in handling the finance & commercial function of large diversified company in an ERP based (SAP) environment. Ability to present & deal with government, statutory & senior management bodies. Strong knowledge of domestic & international financial regulations & practices. Good knowledge in progressing the implementation of the SAP reporting system

- Must have experience in Financial Control, Reporting, Consolidation, Budgetary control, Treasury management, trade finance, commercial negotiation, stakeholder relationship management. Good knowledge of Financing Structures and Funding Mechanisms. Skilful in Budgeting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis, Financial/Business modeling. Act as one point contact for all financial related advisory & fiscal risk

- Ensuring that meaningful information is provided to management to enable timely and current decisions to be made affecting strategy, policy, routine operations & deliveries for India & abroad.

Responsible for all activities falling under Finance & Accounts Domain, which includes

a) Fund Raising

b) Accounting

c) Business Controlling

d) Investor Relationship

e) Statutory Compliance
