Position: Financial Controller

Location: Chennai

Organization : A fast Growing Internet Technology based services company

Job Role - Expectations

- The successful candidate will act as a true business partner to the CEO and the Board advising them on Key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives, Funding, operating model, Risk Management and operational execution in accordance with the business vision.

The key responsibilities include

- Advise the CEO and Board on Financial strategy and operations

- Oversee the accounting department and manage accounting as per US GAAP

- To ensure effective external audits & compliance with all regulatory requirements, best practices and deadlines

- Represent the organization to financial partners including Financial Institutions, investors, Auditors, Public officials

- Manage and develop Legal team to protect company’s legal interests

The ideal candidate will

- Be a qualified CA or an MBA Graduate from a Premier B School

- With a proven experience in a senior Finance position, looking after multiple disciplinary functions

- Having excellent experience within a dotcom or internet technology services Organization

- Have excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to win the respect and trust of colleagues and other stakeholders
