Financial Controller - Fund Management Business

Financial Controller (for a leading fund client)

Our client, a leading fund, is looking to hire a Financial Controller for its operations based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, valuation, investor relations, financial statements, and tax data.

The candidate will report into the CFO and will be majorly responsible for the following functions:

- Finance and accounting (including but not limited to FPA, budgeting, forecasting)

- Fund Raising/ Investor Funding/ Cash Management

- Business Finance/ Expansion

- MIS and investor presentations

- Control and treasury functions

- Audit

Our client is open to evaluating Chartered Accountants with at least 10 years of experience with leading BFSI organizations having handled similar functions and/or with the requisite background at consulting firms (Big 4s ideally - preferably at Associate Director/Director level(s)) in similar and allied functional areas.
