Job Description - Reporting to the Finance Director and handling a team of 4-5 people, you will be responsible for:

- Ensure Completeness, Accuracy & Adherence to Timelines in Monthly Book Closing and Hyperion Reporting by consolidating books under IGAAP

- Improve internal control environment by driving statutory, tax and internal audits working closely with external auditors

- Ensuring adequate fund availability for day to day operations

- Align with FP&A to prepare Finance budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans.

- Establish structured approach to achieve 100% compliance in Direct & Indirect tax laws, timely deposit of tax dues & filing of returns.

- Develop Monthly Tax MIS. Identify tax risk areas & put position papers in place for future assessments.

- Improve performance of finance controlling team by periodic communication of latest developments in legislation & Internal & External reporting requirements.

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with 10 to 14 years post qualification experience in manufacturing/Consumer Durables/FMCG space for at least 5 years. You must be well versed with I-GAAP /IFRS reporting and should have managed a team of 3-4 people. Further sound knowledge of SAP and a vision to use IT to drive business would go a long way in strengthening your candidature.
