Financial Controller - FMCG/Lighting

Main Purpose of the Role:

As a key member of the VLF Management team, the Financial Controller assumes a strategic role in the overall management of the Plant. The Controller has primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the plant. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, product costing, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, stakeholder relationships and partnership compliance and business partnering in all activities of sustenance, improvement and industrial footprint of the site. He takes additional ownership for IT related activities for the Plant.

Education: CA + MBA with a strong academic background

Experience:

- 6-8 years of experience in Commercial and Industrial finance roles

Necessary: Experience in commercial business partnering/ regional commercial controller roles

- Added advantage: Experience in financial controller role in an industrial setup
