Financial Controller - FMCG/FMCD/Retail/Pharma - CA

Requirements :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant having around 7-9 years of experience. Big 4 experience would be an added advantage

- Proven ability to manage the finance of a high growth company in areas of accounting, compliance, audit and taxation

- A strong understanding and proficiency in Ind AS and related applicable local accounting and taxation laws

- Ability to work in a fast faced work environment and meet tight deadlines

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, must be able to effectively collaborate across the organization and with the external stakeholders

- Showcases leaner's mindset and has high attention to details

- Expert in MS office, ERP and financial reporting

Job description :

- Preparation and review of Periodical Financial Statements as per IND AS and other applicable laws

- Ensure accuracy, integrity and timeliness for tax and statutory compliances including deposit of taxes, filing of statutory reports, tax returns (indirect tax as well as income tax) in accordance with the laws

- Lead the external and internal audit process for the organization

- Communicate with external advisors in relation to local accounting, regulatory and tax compliance and for secretarial compliances

- Ensure compliance with Ind AS accounting principles, legal and ethical framework; and alignment with corporate policies, procedures, guidelines and practices

- Establish and maintain control environment and perform relevant internal controls within all accounting and controlling functions
