Financial Controller - FMCG/FMCD

Incumbent will be responsible for driving the F&A function of the company. This includes ensuring smooth interaction, work flow, process controls and strong compliances to process across multiple plants, and distribution set up, zonal offices and a large Sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Financial Control and Governance: Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Conduct periodic reviews and audits of financial processes and controls to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks

2. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the preparation of accurate & timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, & cash flow statements.

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations
