Financial Controller

- Possess a strong understanding of appropriate accounting standards INDAS and IFRS underpinned by experience in financial and management accounting.

- Understand reporting requirements, including all relevant areas of the group accounting and statutory regulations

- Understand all areas of the month-end close process & reporting.

- Consolidation of subsidiaries - complex structure.

- Experience of handling M&A and entity restructuring - Collaborate with tax and treasury for opportunities in the legal structure to maximise value.

- Able to prepare group accounts to the highest professional standards, including, where appropriate, leading a team through this process & reviewing their work

- Liaise with auditors and consultants to drive company objective and meet deadlines.

- Ensuring compliance with regulations, publishing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data.

- Participating in budgeting processes.

- Monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information.
