About our Client - Our Client is a market leading MNC specializing across engineering, health care and having strong footprints in various other verticals. They are a 3000Cr business in India with operations across 45 countries and have over 1,00,000 employees worldwide. Due to the tremendous growth of their Indian operations they have the requirement of a Financial Controller.

Job Description - This role would be reporting to the Group CFO, as it is essential to the organization and would be managing a team of 8 individuals. listed below are a few of your responsibilities:

- Understand the EPC contract mainly commercial and financial aspect and apply it precisely during execution of project

- Financial Exposure in foreign currency and take appropriate hedging position to avoid any financial impact due to fluctuation in foreign currency

- Review & Analysis costing, Cash flow & Fiscal situation of a Project once projects is awarded to project team.

- To give Top management early warning on project KPIs (cash flow, sales, gross margins, risks and opportunities) compared to forecast

- Strict compliance to IFRS and group directives consolidated financial accounts of a project in execution and until Final Acceptance Certificate from client.

- In addition, you would be required to lead, motivate and develop the team so they can grow their careers.

The Successful Candidate - You are a Chartered Accountant with 6 plus years experience and are currently working as a Project controller/Financial Controller and have strong exposure to starting up EPC projects with other leading MNC engineering companies.You have worked on projects of more than 300Cr and are confident in leading a business financially and be responsible for the growth of the company. A proven track record across financial accounting experience and ideally a few years managing and supporting the operations and manufacturing side of the business. You are a confident and effective team player who is able to command respect and effectively communicate with management and peers.
