About our Client - Our client is a leading engineering company specializing in EPC Turnkey Projects. Their core competencies lie in providing comprehensive engineering, project and construction management services for strategic power projects in India. In order to meet growing demand, they are now looking to hire a Financial Controller to head one of their EPC projects in Maharashtra

Job Description - As a Financial Controller for the EPC project you will be reporting to the Group CFO and your responsibilities will include :

- · Manage the accounts, budgets and all other financial activities of the project,

- Understand the financial aspect of the EPC contract and execute it precisely

- Conduct variance analysis and identify the areas of unsatisfactory performance and promptly improve the potential performance of the project,

- Direct and manage the audits to ensure their compliance with the IFRS standards,

- Guide and motivate subordinates to function as a team and to display high levels of performance standards.

The Successful Candidate - You are a Chartered Accountant with a minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role and working exclusively on EPC projects throughout India. You are confident about leading the financials of the business and driving its growth. You are a team player and have the ability to effectively communicate with the management and press. Your strong technical & communication skills combined with your ability to travel extensively will be the key to your success in this challenging role.
