Position Title- Financial Controller

Experience - 4-8 Years

Qualification- Chartered Accountant with 4+ years of post-qualification experience

CTC : 20 - 30 LPA

Job Location - Noida (We are shifting office in month of Jan from Delhi)

Job Profile in Brief:

Driving & Leading the entire accounting & finance function for the organization

Accounting and Compliances :

- Owner for the accounting function for the organization

- Responsible for Monthly/Yearly book closing with the assistance of external CA firm/junior team member(s)

- Liaison with the Statutory auditor of the Company

- Oversight for all statutory compliances including TDS, RBI, MCA etc.

- Oversight of billing & collections process

- Contract & vendor management

- Oversight of the payroll process being outsourced to the external agency

Financial Planning and Analysis :

- Weekly/Monthly MIS Reporting to the top management

- Monthly MIS reporting to the Investors

- Responsible for the annual Budgeting, tracking actuals, Variance Analysis

Treasury Management :

- Assisting founders/directors in the fund raise process

- Deploying surplus funds in the securities with low risk

- Managing the day to day working capital requirement of the company

Taxation :

- Responsible for all the Corporate taxes including the tax audit

- Responsible for all the Indirect taxes including service tax

- Leading the GST transition
