Financial Controller - CA - Infrastructure

1.Head of accounts function of the company and will be responsible for :

a) complete accounting and MIS for the company and 30 SPVs under Indian GAAP including presentations for management, board and investor's needs. This will including profitability analysis at SBU levels.

b) Audit as per US GAAP Indian GAAP accounts on quarterly/annual basis including dealing with statutory and internal auditors.

c) Project budgeting, accounting, cost control and cash flow/profitability reporting and management.

d) Annual Capex and opex budgeting and control/reporting thereon.

e) Receivable management with customers( discoms and private clients).

f) Tax planning for indirect and direct taxes, Assessments and statutory compliances relating to them.

g) Implementation and monitoring of internal control on financial reporting and FCPA ( foreign corrupt practices act)

h) Strong exposure to ERP( SAP/any other reputed ERP) environment. Hands on in working with strong basic IT skills like advance excel/word/power point etc.

2. The person should be a Chartered Accountant with over 18-20 years + experience preferably in an infrastructure Company with multiple project SPV's under his control.

3. Will handle a team of 25 + people with a number of professionals like CA- s/ICWA's to him.

4. Should be a self starter with analytical bent of mind, strong leadership skills and strong strategic orientation.

5. Should be hands on with respect to reporting and workings thereof
