Financial Controller - CA - FMCG

A seasoned Finance professional with over 10 years of experience.

- A qualified Chartered Accountant.

- Setting up a Performance Management process for the Organisation.

- Includes setting targets by business activity by region, for Orders, Revenue, Margins, and for identified strategic growth drivers.

- Monitoring performance and providing analytical inputs to business.

- Planning and forecasting.

- Monitoring performance of channel partners, including target setting, providing inputs in Commercial Policy, monitoring progress and validation of rewards

- Manage the operating cost of the team. Collaborate with Credit Control team in managing receivables.

Lead change initiatives in efficiency improvement under Simplify program and partner in implementing other company initiatives like Digitisation, Growth Booster, etc.
