Group Financial Controller

- We are seeking a seasoned Group Financial Controller to lead the financial strategy, planning, and reporting for a multi-entity international organization based in Dubai.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing group-level consolidation, budgeting, compliance, audits, and financial risk management.

- This role requires strong leadership, analytical acumen, and the ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead group financial reporting and consolidation across global entities

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

- Ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements

- Manage audits, internal controls, and risk assessments

- Provide strategic insights to support business decisions

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA) or equivalent

- 15+ years of experience in financial leadership roles

- Experience in managing global operations and teams

- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial systems
