Financial Controller - CA - BFS

Basic Requirements:

1. Qualified CA with 7-10 years of relevant work experience in the area of Finance, Operations & Secretarial areas.

- CS qualification will be added advantage.

2. Should have independently handled MIS, Taxation, Audit, Budget, Secretarial, Compliance, etc.

3. Should have work experience in the financial services sector with some experience in Private Equity Industry.

4. Should be a team player with good communication skills.

5. Familiarity with IGAAP and IFRS required.

6. Good knowledge of Indo-Mauritian DTAA and Indo-Singapore DTAA

Key Responsibilities:

- Multi-dimensional monthly MIS

- Ensuring Tax Compliance

- Financial Audit (for Domestic & Offshore entities)

- Annual Budgets

- Improving Existing Processes

- Secretarial & Regulatory COmpliance

- Supervise routine operating activities

Subsequently :

- Investor Relationship and related matters

- Supervising existing and new start-up venture

- Taking certain responsibility of CFO

Structure :

Responsible for supervising and executing routine activities of Team :

Supported by a Graduate (7-years workex) and a CA (with 1-year workex)

- Active co-ordination with various Service Providers

- Reporting to CFO.
