Financial Controller - CA

Key Responsibilities:

An experienced Financial Controller to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget, and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Detailed role would include:

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all financial activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

- Supervise the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis

- Monitor and enhance internal controls to safeguard company assets

- Managing investor relations, due diligence support

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making

- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team

- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions

- Ensure accurate and timely submission of statutory and regulatory filings

- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in financial regulations

- Implement cost-effective measures to optimize financial performance

Requirements:

- CA with minimum 7 years of experience in Industry

- Working experience in ERP/SAP environment

- Excellent Communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership qualities

- Thorough knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

- Team management

Key Pointers:

- Help stabilize the SAP implementation

- Stabilize the month close/ reporting process

- Help put all the SOPs

- ICFR set up and periodic testing

- Accounting policy /manual
