Financial Controller

- Responsible for the implementation of company strategy in its finance and accounts and to analyze figures and provide recommendations based on the outcomes.

- Coordinating corporate finance and managing company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity, and acquisitions as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities -

- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the accounting and control information held in and reported from the organizations accounting systems.

- Supporting the CFO in developing and delivering the organizations financial and business strategy.

- Updating, reviewing, and documenting the organizations financial policies and procedures.

- Ensuring accuracy of financial and related information held in the finance and other systems.

- Improving the systems surrounding all aspects of the organizations budgets, forecasts and business planning.

- Producing the quarterly management accounts and other reports as required for senior management and the CEO.

- Preparing and analyzing cash flow statements, income and expenditure accounts and balance sheet accounts.

- Assisting in the production of the draft year end accounts, supporting schedules and liaison with the auditors.

- Supervise cash flow planning process and ensure funds availability.

- Oversee cash, investments, and asset management.

- Explore new investment opportunities and provide recommendations on potential returns and risks.

Qualification And Experience -

1. CA with 6-10 Years of Experience & Strong understanding of Accounts / Finance / Commercial function.

2. Experience of working on ERP is essential.

3. Core competency is finalization of books of accounts standalone and consolidation as per IndAs and dealing with auditors.

4. Good Inter-personal skills including People Management Skills.

5. Experience & Exposure of Manufacturing Unit assignments is desirable for the profile.
