Financial Controller - CA

One of our premier client is looking for a Finance Controller to look after the company and its subsidiaries Finance and accounts.

The person should be a CA with a minimum post qualification experience of 15 years.

He should have multi-dimensional experience in the following areas:

- Multi currency Consolidation

- Derivatives and Valuation

- M&A Accounting

- Reporting to External entities

- MIS, Review and Balance sheet Analysis

- Audit ( Statutory, Board and Compliance related)

- Taxation ( Both Direct & Indirect)

- Budgeting & Forecasting

- Corporate Finance & Treasury management
