Financial Controller - CA

CA (Mandatory) Profiles with excellent communication skills both verbal and written (only from Product / Manufacturing based organization's) , having experience worked with a US MNC and responsible for :

- Manage & lead Finance team to ensure all corporate, regional and statutory reports

- Overall accounting, financial reporting and controls for India region

- Provide accurate & timely financial and management reporting

- Statutory reporting including annual tax filing, other tax filing and other statutory reporting

- Cash flow management

- Operating & capital spending

- Liaise with bankers, auditors & tax agents

- Strategic planning including annual budgeting, forecasting & business analysis

- Planning & budgeting process

- SOX Internal Controls and ensure compliance

- Compliance to Corporate & local guidelines, controls, policies and procedures

- Standard operating procedures

- Lead & manage finance team

- Provide leadership & guidance to the finance team

- US GAAP experience is mandatory along with SOX Compliance

- IT Tools literacy, particularly concerning ERP systems like SAP

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Hands on attitude profiles needed , who can roll up the sleeves and show how it is done. Ability to report with Expats.
