Role :

- We are looking for a results-oriented and data-driven Financial Controller to manage and improve the organization's financial performance and direct the accounting operations for our Client.

- Responsibilities will include managing accounting records, evaluating, and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, publishing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenses, forecasting revenue, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information.

- Ideal candidate's strategic planning and exceptional numerical proficiency will aid our organization in maintaining positive cash flow and financial growth, formulating sound financial strategies, implementing proper internal controls, achieving organizational targets, and developing financial plans that support organizational strategy.

- The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, sharp eye for details, exceptional problem-solving skills, a flair for numbers, be highly organized, and have excellent leadership skills. Experience with fund raising, valuation, financial due diligence will be a plus.

Role Description:

- Developing Organizational Financial Strategy - Financial Controller will work with other executive decisionmakers to minimize risk and identify growth opportunities. They use their advanced accounting skills to generate actionable insights from technical and financial data.

- Supervising and Reviewing Accounting Practices - Financial Controller will build and supervise Accounting team and check for accuracy and ensure that all work meets applicable compliance standards.

- Efficiency Improvement - Identify ways to improve financial efficiency of the Organization.

- Stakeholder Relationship Management - Manage relationship with top executives, Investors, partners, and other external stakeholders.

- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

- Analyzing financial data.

- Monitoring internal controls.

- Overseeing and preparing income statements.

- Participating in budgeting processes.

- Managing financial transactions.

- Streamlining accounting functions and operations.

- Developing plans for financial growth.

Educational Qualification / Work Experience:

- CA with minimum 7+ years of finance and accounting management experience

- Prior experience in similar roles with midsize organization

- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

- Good communication skills

- Strong leadership qualities
