With a focus on integrity, transparency, and customer centricity, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Controller to play a pivotal role in steering our financial strategies and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and solve complex data integrity issues and collaborate with stakeholders on resolution. To lead all the Controllership sub-functions.

2. Responsible for accounting, reporting and control functions of the entity.

3. Preparation of monthly/quarterly/half yearly/annual financial statements in compliance with Indian and International accounting standards together with regulations governing listed entities.

4. Handle the audit of financial statements. Lead the discussions with the auditors and ensure timely completion of audit.

5. Prepare the finance organization to be future-ready and adopt best practices. Prepare management reporting packs in a timely and clear fashion, with risks and opportunities readily identified.

6. Establish accounting and reporting practices to support the growing needs of the organization as well as keep pace with regulatory requirements to be ahead of the curve.

Required Skillset:

1. A qualified Chartered Accountant with post qualification experience of 10+ years.

2. Should have extensive experience in Financial Accounting, Taxation, Financial control, Management reporting, Regulatory compliances, Transfer pricing etc.

3. Should have experience of working in a reputed MNC / Indian company as the Financial Controller or as a second-in-line to the Financial Controller. (NBFC preferred).

4. Thorough knowledge and expertise in Indian Accounting Standards and International Accounting Standards (IFRS).

5. Thorough knowledge of SEBI guidelines in relation to reporting and other regulatory requirements.

6. An analytical and detail-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement. Strong orientation to financial systems and processes including hands-on experience in ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
