Financial/Business Analyst - Real Estate

Need a Business Analyst with MBA finance background,

Will be responsible for

1. data minning,

2. market research,

3. developing valuation models,

5. investment reports,

6. deal structuring,

7. reviewing and finalizing legal agreements,

8. drafting MoUs / Term Sheets etc.

9. company Valuations.

Preferably from Real Estate Background / IPC's
