Financial Business Analyst (Chartered Accountant)

- Analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.

- Lead annual budgeting, collaborating with department heads to establish financial targets.

- Prepare regular forecasts, identifying key drivers and variances for decision support.

- Conduct variance analysis between actual results, budgets, and forecasts.

- Provide commentary on financial performance, trends, and potential risks/opportunities,

- Build and maintain complex financial models for scenario analysis,

- Evaluate financial impact of proposed strategic projects and initiatives,

- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance,

- Partner with business units to manage and control expenses.

- Assess and enhance forecasting methodologies for improved accuracy.

- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support special projects and executive requests.

- Collaborate with other departments for data gathering and analysis.

- Build strong relationships with business partners for effective communication.

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA with 2-3 Years of Proven experience in financial risk analysis in a Manufacturing Industry is a must.

2. Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in statistical tools and financial modeling.

3. Knowledge of financial markets, derivatives, and risk measurement techniques.

4. Excellent communication skills to convey complex risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

6. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.

7. Proficient in using risk management software and Microsoft Office Suite
