Financial Business Analyst - Manufacturing (International) :

- Decimate the real time data available to meaningful and actionable insights for the business teams to manage and improve productivity.

- Quantitative and Qualitative analysis of organizations business data for effective planning and execution.

- To assist business & functional teams in formulating strategies based on micro level data analytics, bench marking and industry.

- Continuous monitoring and reporting of financial performance of business on a monthly/ quarterly/ annual basis

- Periodic review reports on - annual Business plan, quarterly Peer reviews, long term growth strategy reviews, CAPEX reviews

- Critically evaluate and review investment proposals including JV, Mergers & Acquisitions, divestures and other growth initiatives of the assigned business

- Facilitate business in setting performance measures for balance scorecards through insights and outside-in perspectives

- Interpret local and global market developments and give insights on the business impact

- Prepare presentations for senior management

- Carry-out data based enquiries with market research firms and consultancies to gather necessary information

- Conduct special reviews on projects on need basis

- Undertake plant visits, market and customer research, peer analysis as required and share insights with the PCH

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

- Engineer & MBA in Finance with 3-5 Years of Business Analyst Experience in a Manufacturing Industry with a Major Company MNC or a Large Diverse Organisation

- Strong analysis and problem solving skills - ability to think through use cases/user stories/exception scenarios and provide upfront input for the teams.

- Experience in requirements management tools and processes that promote collaboration among stakeholders

- Good understanding of Manufacturing concepts, particularly as they relate to workflow management and control and monitoring requirements

- Excellent desktop/spreadsheet/database skills

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to multi-task in a constantly changing environment

- Able to critically challenge with the goal of identifying control issues
